The first White Party I attended was in connection with the Huggy Bear invitational tennis whatever-you-called-the-way-Tony-Forstmann-created-paydays-for-pros who were in the area for the Open, circa 1987 and that was not the first one that Tony threw (to raise money for his charities but it seemed to me it was really so all the boys could make lucrative side bets & Tony could win a trophy and hang out with pros)
